Birthday Parties & Celebrations

Birthday Party packages must be book and paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date.  Additional fees may apply to parties booking less than the required minimum lead time.  Please inquire with the Birthday Sales Representative.

Deposit and payment

A mininum of 12 paid party package/birthday admissions is required for all party packages.  Online and over the phone booking requires a minimum of two-weeks advance notice and payment in full.  Upon confirmation all tickets and food orders must be finalized and paid in full seven (7) days prior to the event date.  Customer may add-on additional tickets and food on top of the original paid order no later than five (5) days prior to the event date and subject to availability and will be assesed a nominal rush order fee.  Should final payment not received seven (7) days prior, your entire order will be cancelled as well s your reserved area and initial deposit forfeited.  No refunds will be given if the event is cancelled by the customer within seven (7) days prior to the event date.  Cash payment is only accepted during normal hours of operations.  Credit card payments are accepted over the phone and online daily.  All online orders will receive phone confirmation within 24 hours from the time of booking or contact us (808) 674-9283 x 110 to speak to a Birthday Party Representative.

Tips for a worry free day

Customer is allowed to bring in their own non-perishable celebratory cake and provide paper good and serving utensils.  Wet'n'Wild Hawaii does not provide refrigeration on cakes brought into the park. Each guest are allowed to bring in their own personal unopened sealed bottled water into the park.  Goodie bags are permissable and must be distributed towards the end of day and whistles are stricly prohibited inside the park.  No other outside food or beverages are allowed inside the park.  Check-in time for birthdays is between 10:30am - 11:00am at the ticket booth.  Should you arrive after the initial scheduled check-in period, you will need to stand in line at the main ticket booth line and check-in with any available cashier.  A self seating guide will be given to you upon check-in and will be your responsibility to inform your guests on the location of your party.  Once tickets are released to the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to distribute tickets to their guests.  Our staff will NOT hold tickets that will arrive at a later time.  Reserve area for your party is based on the number of tables and not on specific areas.  Food will be delivered between 12:00 - 12:30pm however may be delayed due to the volume of food orders.  Fees for parking, merchandise, premium attractions, locker and tube rentals, additional food and beverages are not included with the package price.  Park will operate rain or shine.  View our 2013 Operating Calendar online.
